DEVELOPMENT

We develop our own projects from the ground up. We find the land, shape the
architecture, handle permits and construction, and deliver homes designed for
long-term living in Indonesia.

For clients building independently, Roots acts as a local partner throughout the
process. We coordinate contractors, monitor progress and keep a close eye on
permits, so projects are executed as intended.

Each project begins with extensive site analysis, studying
topography, orientation and access before a single line is
drawn. From there it moves through design, permitting
and construction, always shaped by the realities of
building in the tropics.

SINIMON SKY

Uluwatu, Bali

Uluwatu sits on the southern edge of Bali’s Bukit Peninsula: limestone cliffs, ocean winds, and
a landscape shaped by the contours of the land. Few places in Bali have held their character
this well.

Sinimon Sky is built into the hills here: six standalone homes, each on its own plot, positioned
along the natural elevation of the site to open towards the ocean views.

Each home is available as a freehold property — owned outright, on its own plot, with no
shared facilities. What you buy is entirely yours, to live in, to rent, or to hold.

Located in Ungasan, close to Melasti Beach, Alila Uluwatu, Padang Padang, and a growing
